Questions from drivers
Does it work offline?
Core navigation — turn-by-turn routing, the map, and your route — works without signal. The turn-score engine uses cached OSM data. You need signal for live traffic and re-optimisation.
What vehicles are supported?
Any van or light commercial vehicle. You can select from preset profiles (Transit, Sprinter, Berlingo, etc.) or enter your exact height, width, and weight.
How accurate are gate pins?
Pins are placed using a combination of Geoapify geocoding and OSM address data, then verified by community driver corrections. After three driver confirmations a pin is locked as community-verified ground truth.
Can I import stops from my existing system?
Yes. Paste a text list of addresses, import a CSV, or connect to supported depot management systems. Full import guide at mjmaps.app/docs/import.
